Cancellation, Deposit & Lateness Policy

Cancellations
When you book an appointment with us you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation, deposit, and lateness policy.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in your deposit being redeemed. Any cancellation within 24 hours will result in full treatment cost being redeemed.

Deposits
To secure your appointment, a £25 redeemable deposit is required.

Lateness
If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we may have to rebook you in for another time or day. This is to ensure that we have enough time to perform the treatment to the expected standard and to ensure that other clients are not affected.

Covid 19 Policy

You will notice in the clinic a few small changes, to ensure your safety we have put in place the following

  1. All clinicians have had COVID hygiene training
  2. They will be wearing PPE – depending on the treatment this will be a combination of; mask, visor, and gloves
  3. The rooms are cleaned using special virus cleaner and ventilated in-between use
  4. Towels and duvets in the main have been removed, where towels are used, they are washed in a 60c wash
  5. All equipment used is cleaned in-between use or disposable where possible
  6. Markings are on the floor in reception and the corridor to help with social distancing.
  7. Hand sanitiser is available and should be used on entry
  8. Toilets are available if needed and are cleaned regularly

GDPR Data Protection Policy

Laser Clinic North Wales collects and uses information about people with whom use our services. This personal information must be handled and dealt with properly, however it is collected, recorded and used, and whether it be on paper, in computer records or recorded by any other means.

We regard the lawful and correct treatment of personal information as very important to our successful operation and to maintaining confidence between us and those with whom we carry out business. We will ensure that we treat personal information lawfully and correctly.

To this end we fully endorse and adhere to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This policy applies to the processing of personal data in manual and electronic records kept by us in connection carrying out services within Laser Clinic North Wales. It also covers our response to any data breach and other rights under the GDPR.

Your information is set up on our Phorest Software data processor as well as paper record cards which are stored securely. Your data we hold is:

  1. Name
  2. Birthday
  3. Address/Email Address
  4. Phone number
  5. Photograph where applicable
  6. Any email correspondence
  7. Sales / Purchasing activity
  8. Treatments received

How we use this data
We use this data internally to manage your account information and to communicate with you for our business activities. It allows us to:

  1. Process sales / purchase orders – via phone, email and online/.
  2. Manage accounts – including payments, invoices and credit notes
  3. Provide customer service – arranging and carrying out appointments
  4. Communication – sales & product information, Laser Clinic North Wales news, queries about products & services

Our promise to you

  1. We will always tell you what information we hold and how it is used
  2. We will always keep your data safe and private
  3. We will not sell your data or pass to third parties
  4. We will give you ways to manage and update your account data and preferences
